Pubic Symphysis Dysfunction
Pain and instability in the front of the pelvis, often caused by joint laxity in late pregnancy.
Sacroiliac Joint Pain
Deep, achy pain in the lower back or buttocks due to hormonal changes and shifting posture during pregnancy.
Hip Pain
Discomfort or tightness in one or both hips as the pelvis adapts to support a growing baby.
Cervical, Thoracic, and Lumbar Pain
Neck, upper, and lower back pain resulting from postural changes, breast development, and increased body weight.
Abdominal or Pelvic Heaviness
A dragging or pressure-like sensation in the lower abdomen or pelvis, especially in the third trimester.
